LEASING OPERATIONS TO THE MARIETTA CAMPUS OF KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY SO THE UNIVERSITY CAN PROVIDE HOUSING FOR STUDENTS ON CAMPUS. THIS PROVIDES HOUSING FOR 1,100 STUDENTS.
TO ADD QUALITY AND VALUE TO THE UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE THROUGH INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT INCLUDING ATHLETICS, ALUMNI RELATIONS, SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND STUDENT PROJECTS.
TO PROVIDE CURRENT STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS. TO DEVELOP COMMUNITY SUPPORT OF THE UNIVERSITY THROUGH ON CAMPUS COMPETITONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE EVENTS.
