EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDES MEDICINES TO PERSONS WITH DIABETES FOR A 30 DAY PERIOD. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS, WHO QUALIFY, WITH MEDICINE AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS. PARTICIPANTS IN THE SIX MONTH PROGRAM MUST ATTEND EDUCATION CLASSES.
