EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY: A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE SOUTH CAROLINIANS ON THE EFFECTS OF USING ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUGS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES A WIDE ARRAY OF PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES FOR THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY.
MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SOFTWARE SYSTEM WHICH IS USED BY OTHER AGENCIES ON A CONTRACT BASIS. THIS INCLUDES COSTS TO TRAIN AGENCY EMPLOYEES ON THE SOFTWARE AND ITS CAPABILITIES.
