ENTIRE PROGRAM SERVICE IS FOR THE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSERS. APPROXIMATELY 316 CLIENTS RECEIVED TREATMENT DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, INCLUDING 233 CLIENTS IN THE MEN'S DIVISION AND 83 CLIENTS IN THE WOMEN'S DIVISION.
