INCREASING ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE THROUGHOUT RURAL SOUTH CAROLINA INCLUDING PROGRAMS SUCH AS STATE OFFICE OF RURAL HEALTH, MEDICAL RURAL HOSPITAL FLEXIBILITY, SMALL RURAL HOSPITAL IMPROVEMENT, RURAL HEALTH ACCESS AND OTHER SERVICES TO RURAL HEALTH CLINICS.
PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO MOTHERS AND CHILDREN THROUGH THE LOW COUNTRY HEALTHY START PROGRAM.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES SUCH AS LOAN FUND PROGRAMS - THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAM TO ASSIST RURAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND PROVIDERS IN ACCESSING AFFORDABLE CAPITAL TO MEET THEIR FINANCIAL NEEDS.
