THE ASSOCIATION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION SCIENCES MAJOR PROGRAMS AT UNIVERSITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
THE ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS SUPERINTENDENT TRAINING THAT IS A SPECIAL TRAINING FOCUS OF LEARNING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SCHEDULE, PRODUCTIVITY, SAFETY AND QUALITY ON THE PROJECT SITE IN ADDITION TO LEARNING THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES AND CONSTRAINTS OF THE RETAIL ENVIRONMENT.
THE ASSOCIATION'S SAFETY PROGRAM INCLUDES OSHA RULES AND REGULATIONS TO HELP MEMBER COMPANIES RUN SAFE JOB SITES. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES A COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY MANUAL ALONG WITH POSTERS THAT HELP KEEP EMPLOYEES THINKING ABOUT SAFETY.
THE ASSOCIATION KEEPS MEMBERS AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS INFORMED OF CURRENT EVENTS THROUGH ITS WEBSITE AND NEWSLETTERS. THEY PUBLISH THREE NEWSLETTERS PER YEAR WHICH ARE DISTRIBUTED AS INSERTS IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION MAGAZINES AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTED TO RCA MEMBERS, ADVISORY BOARD AND SPONSORS.
