IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION STRIVES TO PROMOTE BETTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN UTILITY AND EXCAVATION CONTRACTORS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS, & TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, AND MAINTAIN SAFETY STANDARDS IN THE CONDUCT OF SUCH WORK.
