CONTRIBUTE TO INVESTMENTS AT THE SPARTANBURG COUNTY FOUNDATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SPARTANBURG COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM. THE INVESTMENT RETURNS ON THESE RESTRICTED FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS OF THE PULIC LIBRARY IN THE FUTURE.
ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN READING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULTS.
