THE GOLF COURSE IS USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLEMSON UNIVERSITY TURF GRASS RESEARCH, GOLF COURSE TURF MANAGEMENT, ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AND INTERNSHIPS FOR STUDENTS IN PARKS, RECREATION, AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT, TURFGRASS MANAGEMENT, RESEARCH STREAM FLOW MANAGEMENT AND DYNAMICS, STUDENT LIFE ENHANCEMENT, FIELD TRIPS FOR CLEMSON STUDENTS AND IS THE PERMANENT HOME FOR THE CLEMSON PGM PROGRAM. THE COURSE IS ALSO THE HOST OF TURFGRASS MANAGEMENT FIELD DAY. THIS GOLF COURSE IS INNOVATIVE IN THAT IT IS COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE TO THE HANDICAPPED.
