PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE O FOR CONTINUATION OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS.POLK VOCATIONAL SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: HOUSING ALTERNATIVES, VOCATIONAL EVALUATION IN TRAINING, WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING PROGRAM, JOB PLACEMENT AND JOB COACHING ASSISTANCE, ADULT DEVELOPMENT VOCATIONAL AND INNOVATIONS PROGRAMS, PERSONAL AND SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT TRAINING, BASIC LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT.OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:- ADDED AN ADDITIONAL AFL - ADDED THREE NEW CLIENTS- BECOME THE EAST COAST DISTRIBUTOR FOR OUR LARGEST MEDICAL DEVICE CUSTOMER IN ADDITION TO THEIR MANUFACTURING PARTNER- TOOK OUR ENTIRE CLIENT GROUP ON FIVE MAJOR OUTINGS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR INCLUDING A VISIT TO DOLLYWOOD.
