GRANT FOCUSED ON EDUCATING PARENTS AND YOUTH WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WITH A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND ON UNDERSTANDING HOW FAMILY HISTORY AFFECTS THEM AND HOW TO OVERCOME THE TRAUMA OF THE PAST. 3. PRE-K - 2ND PARENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES TARGETING THE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO HELP THEM OBTAIN TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO OBTAIN HIGHER PAYING JOBS GEARED AT BRINGING CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY. 4. COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY WHERE WE GAVE OUT 48000 POUNDS OF FOOD TO OVER 3400 COMMUNITY MEMBERS
CREATING LASTING FAMILY CONNECTION PARENT AND YOUTH EDUCATION PROGRAM. GEARED TOWARD CHILDREN AND GUARDIANS OF INCARCERATED PARENTS TRAINED 5 PARENTS
ALLIANCE OHIO WHERE WE ARE LOCATED IS A HIGH POVERTY COMMUNITY. UNITED WAY STUDY HIGHLIGHTED THIS FACT. WE OUR THE LEAD EDUCATOR AND TRAINERS AND COORDINATOR OF SERVICES MEANT TO EMPOWER PARENTS AND HELP THEM GAIN SKILLS AND HIGH PAYING JOBS. 15 FAMILIES SERVED IN 2021
