DURING 2021, FAMILY PRIDE OF NORTHEAST OHIO PROVIDED MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO OVER 1500 INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES 3 YEARS AND UP THROUGHOUT GEAUGA, LAKE AND ASHTABULA COUNTIES. THIS INCLUDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES THAT ARE EVIDENCE-BASED AND TRAUMA INFORMED COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, PARENT EDUCATION AND SUPPORT, AND COMMUNITY CRISIS RESPONSE. WE STRIVE TO REDUCE BARRIERS TO ACCESSING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES BY BRINGING OUR SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS - IN THEIR HOMES, SCHOOLS, WORK, VIRTUALLY, OR COMMUNITY WHEREVER IT IS NEEDED MOST AND AT TIMES THAT MAKE SENSE FOR THEM. IN ADDITION, FAMILY PRIDE FOCUSES ON BEING A STRONG FOUNDATION OF SUPPORT IN OUR NORTHEAST OHIO COMMUNITY THROUGH FEEDBACK, COLLABORATION, AND BUILDING SERVICES WHERE THE COMMUNITY NEEDS IT MOST - SUCH AS PROVIDING IN-HOME SERVICES FOR HOMEBOUND SENIORS IN GEAUGA COUNTY.
