TO PROVIDE CARE, SHELTER AND TO PROMOTE THE ADOPTION OF HOMELESS ANIMALS AND TO PREVENT/ELIMINATE THE ABUSE AND SUFFERING OF ANIMALS. WE WILL HUMANELY SECURE AND CARE FOR ANIMALS FOUND IN VIOLATION, SURRENDERED OR LOST, AND ACTIVELY ASSIST IN RETURNING LOST ANIMALS TO THEIR OWNERS. WE WILL BE COMMITTED TO MAKING THE ADOPTION OF EVERY ANIMAL A POSITIVE, LIFE-LONG EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH THE ANIMAL AND THE PET OWNER. IN ADDITION, WE WILL CONTINUE TO EXTEND EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS AND AWARENESS TO THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS AND INFORMATION ABOUT RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP, BEHAVIORAL TRAINING AND PET OVERPOPULATION, THEREBY DECREASING THE NUMBER OF VIOLATIONS COMMITTED AND EUTHANASIA OF ANIMALS.
