THE PIEDMONT WIND SYMPHONY IS DEDICATED TO DELIVERING DIVERSE AND CAPTIVATING PERFORMANCES OF CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL SYMPHONIC WIND BAND MUSIC TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF THE BROADEST AUDIENCE POSSIBLE AND PROVIDE A CREATIVE PLATFORM FROM WHICH MUSICIANS AND COMPOSERS MAY ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE, AND GROW.

THE PIEDMONT WIND SYMPHONY PERFORMED 5 MAJOR INDOOR CONCERTS IN 4 DIFFERENT VENUES DURING THE FY22-23 FISCAL YEAR. GUEST ARTISTS INCLUDED COMPOSERS, SINGERS, CONDUCTORS, AND MUSICIANS. OUR PRIMARY OUTDOOR VENUE IS THE COAL PIT IN WINSTON-SALEM NC, BUT WE ALSO HELD ONE OUTDOOR CONCERT IN LEWISVILLE NC.
