ULTIMATELY, BASED ON EXTENSIVE RESEARCH, AND WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF OUTSIDE COUNSEL AND ADVICE, THE BOARD DETERMINED IT COULD BEST ACHIEVE ITS MISSION BY SUPPORTING OTHER EMERGING SOURCES OF ACCURATE, NON-PARTISAN NEWS AND INFORMATION BY PROVIDING CAPITAL AND ADVICE TO THESE ENTITIES.
