PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON PREPARING YOUNG CHILDREN FOR SCHOOL AND STRENGTHENING FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT VIA COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS.
