AQUATICS PROGRAM: PROVIDED 483 COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH FREE FAMILY SWIM PROVIDED 496 PAID SWIM LESSONS PROVIDED 287 FREE SWIM LESSONS EMPOWERMENT CHILDCARE PROGRAM: SERVED OVER 217 FAMILIES PROVIDED OVER 14,034 HOURS OF CHILDCARE SERVICES. PROVIDED 1,197 HEALTHY LUNCHES ASSISTED 197 FAMILIES WITH EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING,AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES EARLY LEARNINGS PROGRAM IS A FIVE-STAR LICENSED CHILDCARE PROVIDER SERVICE CHILDREN 6 WEEKS TO 5 YEARS OLD. SERVED 84 FAMILIES -39 OF THOSE RECEIVING SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE GRADUATED 31 CHILDREN WITH ABOVE AVERAGE (91%) BRIGANCE SCORES

RACIAL JUSTICE PROGRAM: ADVANCING RACIAL JUSTICE IS ONE OF THE CORE MISSIONS OF THE YWCA AND INTEGRAL TO EVERYTHING WE DO. ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ADDRESS DISPARITIES THAT IMPACT COMMUNITIES OF COLOR. IN FY 20/21, WE HOSTED 6 WORKSHOPS WITH OVER 200 PARTICIPANTS. OUR 21-DAY CHALLENGE ON RACIAL EQUALITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL JUSTICE HABITS PARTICULARLY WITH THOSE DEALING WITH ISSUES OF RACE, POWER, PRIVILEGE AND LEADERSHIP. THIS FISCAL YEAR WE HOSTED 5 CHALLENGES WITH OVER 3,300 PARTICIPANTS.
