PROGRAM SERVICES- SUBORDINATE CHAPTERS, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS DISTRICTS & CONFERENCES CONDUCT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. THIS ORGANIZATION, THE COUNCIL, SUPPORTS THOSE PROGRAMS THROUGH GOVERNANCE AND FUNDING. PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE DISSEMINATION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE LOCALLY VIA OUTREACH MINISTRIES FOR OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED (INCLUDING CHILDREN) FOR HOUSING, UTILITIES, HEATING FUEL, MEDICINE, FOOD, WORK- OR MEDICAL-RELATED TRANSPORTATION, AND OTHER SPECIAL HELP. FOOD AND CLOTHING ARE ALSO DIRECTLY DISTRIBUTED.
