THE FUND PROVIDES RESOURCES FOR THE RESTORATION OF HEALTH AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE AND TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. THE FUND SERVES ELEVEN COUNTIES INCLUDING JACKSON, ROANE, RITCHIE, CALHOUN, WIRT, WOOD, TYLER, AND PLEASANTS IN WEST VIRGINIA; AND MEIGS, ATHENS, AND WASHINGTON IN OHIO.
