PROGRAM WERE FIRST TIME JUVENILE OFFENDERS ARE REFERRED TO RALEIGH COUNTY TEEN COURT FOR MISDEMEANOR OFFENSES AND JUVENILES RECEIVE MENTOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE CHARGE. WE ARE A DIVERSION ENTITY TO ALLEVIATE THE ADJUDICATED YOUTH FROM GOING THROUGH THE TYPICAL JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
