WAS INCORPORATED ON JULY 29, 2005, FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFORMING AN ABANDONED SEPTA REPAIR STATION AT 3890 NORTH 10TH STREET INTO A MODEL COMMUNITY GATHERING SPACE, CONSTRUCTING THE LENFEST CENTER (THE "CENTER").
