TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE AGRICULTURE, ARTS, SCIENCE AND EDUCATION IN CABELL COUNTY SINCE 1983. THE PRIMARY EMPHASIS OF THE FAIR IS TO PROVIDE 4-H AND FFA MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXHIBIT THEIR PROJECTS; AND, TO PROVIDE COUNTY RESIDENTS A SHOWCASE FOR THEIR PRIZE GARDEN PRODUCE, LIVESTOCK, AND ARTS & CRAFTS.
