THE PREVENTION OF FIRE AND THE PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY AND PROTECTION OF LIFE DURING SUCH EMERGENCIES AS MAY OCCUR IN THE TOWNSHIP OF MILTON AND THE MILTON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT. THIS SERVICE SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED TO OTHER COMMUNITIES THAT REQUEST IT.
