THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ORGANIZATION CONSISTS OF PHYSICIANS WHO ARE FACULTY MEMBERS OF THE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE (MUSOM).REVENUES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE USED FOR THE PUBLIC PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MUSOM AND ARE DERIVED PRINCIPALLY FROM BILLINGS FOR MEDICAL SERVICES FURNISHED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES AS FACULTY OF THE MUSOM.
