TO ADVANCE THE MISSION OF SIGMA PHI EPSILON FRATERNITY OF "BUILDING BALANCED MEN" BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO SIG EP LEAD FUND TO FUND THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:PROGRAMS AND EVENT STAFFINGCARLSON LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES: FOR BROTHERS WHO HAVE SHOWN A DESIRE TO LEAD THEIR CHAPTER, CARLSON OFFERS TRAINING IN LEADERSHIP TECHNIQUES, PROBLEM-SOLVING AS A TEAM, GOAL-SETTING AND EXECUTION. THE ACADEMY IS FACILITATED BY ALUMNI WITH YEARS OF SIGEP INVOLVEMEN AND SENIOR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE. CHAPTER LEADERS LEAVE WITH INCREASED KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO CREATE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THEIR BROTHERS TO GROW.RUCK LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE: AN INTENSE 5-DAY EVENT FOR THE FRATERNITY'S TOP RISING LEADERS.
