SPAYHR - EDUCATE AND PROVIDE FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR SPAY/NEUTER OF COMPANION ANIMALS IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE UNWANTED BIRTHS AND PREVENT THESE ANIMALS FROM BEING TURNED INTO LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL AGENCIES AND SHELTERS.
