ARFO IS A COALITION OF ORPHAN CARE NGOS THAT PROVIDED SUPPORT FOR FOSTER AND ADOPTIVE FAMILIES, INFORMS THE ROMANIAN PUBLIC ABOUT ADOPTION, AND ADVOCATES FOR BETTER ORPHAN CARE PRIVATELY AND IN THE ROMAINIAN GOVERNMENT. HOPE HOUSE ORPHANAGE IN ORADEA ROMANIA PROVIDES TEMPORARY SHELTER, FOOD, AND CLOTHING TO ABANDONED CHILDREN. CHILDREN HAVE BEEN PLACED IN FOSTER FAMILIES LOCATED AND OVERSEEN BY CORINA CABA DIRECTOR OF HOPE HOUSE. CORINA CABA WORKS TO FIND PERMANENT ADOPTIVE FAMILIES FOR THESE CHILDREN. ALL CHILDREN/FAMILIES ARE LOCATED IN ROMANIA.
