TO EXPEND FUNDS TO VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES FOR SIGHT AND HEARING CONSERVATION INCLUDING EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES, GUIDE DOGS, SCREENING TESTS, RECORDING SERVICE FOR VISUALLY HANDICAPPED, THE VIRGINIA LIONS EYE INSTITUTE, THE VIRGINIA LIONS HEARING FOUNDATION, AUDIO TESTING, HEARING AIDS, SCREENING TESTS, YOUTH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SCOUTING, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS, LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL AND FOOTBALL, EMERGENCY HEALTH AND WELFARE ASSISTANCE SUCH AS MEDICAL/RX BILLS, AND UTILITY BILLS, COMMUNITY PROGRAMS SUCH AS SERVE, RED CROSS, ARC, NOVA FAMILY SERVICES, HAYMARKET FOOD PANTRY, AND ALSO THE LIONS SIGHT AND HEARING VANS.
