THE RESTORE SELLS BUILDING MATERIALS, BOTH NEW AND RECYCLED, THAT HAVE BEEN DONATED BY HOME CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, CORPORATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS. ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ABLE TO BE USED DIRECTLY BY THE BUILDING PROGRAM ARE SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT DISCOUNTED AND AFFORDABLE PRICES. THE INCOME GENERATED FROM THE SALE OF THE MATERIALS GOES DIRECTLY TOWARD EXPANDING THE HOME BUILDING PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES RECYCLING SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY'S NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM IS AN UMBRELLA FOR ITS ARRAY OF HOME CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMS INCLUDING BUILDING NEW HOMES OR REHABBING EXISTING HOMES FOR HOME OWNERSHIP: PROVIDING CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS TO THE MAJOR SYSTEMS OF THE HOMES BELONGING TO INDIVIDUALS AND VETERANS; DOING HOME PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE; AND WEATHERIZING EXISTING HOMES. ALL PROGRAMS ARE FOR VERY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES. NO NEW HOMES WERE CONSTRUCTED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022
