PROVIDE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSPORTATION TO AN ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AND INDIGENT POPULATION INFECTED AND AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS; WITH A FOCUS ON PROVIDING HOUSING SERVICES FOR THOSE IN THE BROADER COMMUNITY AT LARGE, INCLUSIVE OF THOSE INFECTED WITH HIV.
TO PROVIDE PREVENTION EDUCATION THROUGH CURRICULUM-STRUCTURED PROGRAMS AND OUTREACH TO TARGETED AT-RISK GROUPS IN THE LORD FAIRFAX HEALTH DISTRICT 7 COMMUNITY.
