BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME HOMEBUYERS. HOMES FINANCED BY HANOVER AND KING WILLIAM HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ARE ZERO INTEREST MORTGAGES. HOMES FINANCED BY USDA ARE LOW INTEREST MORTGAGES.
THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES THE RESTORE, A NONPROFIT HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE AND DONATION CENTER THAT SELLS NEW AND GENTLY USED FURNITURE, HOME ACCESSORIES, BUILDING MATERIALS AND APPLIANCES TO THE PUBLIC AT A FRACTION OF THE RETAIL PRICE.
