TO PROVIDE FUNDING THAT SUPPORTS PHYSICAL FITNESS, GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND LEADERSHIP IN YOUTH AS WELL AS TO RECOGNIZE STUDENTS AND COACHES WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
