LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS - LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO DEVELOP THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN IN THE LEAGUE. THESE PROGRAMS ARE COMPRISED OF ONGOING TRAINING AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND SKILLS CRITICAL TO A LEADERSHIP POSITION.
THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA (JLNV) IS AN ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN WITH 249 ACTIVE AND 156 SUSTAINING MEMBERS.
