SERVED MORE THAN 290,000 ACTIVE AND RETIRED LETTER CARRIERS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES OF THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE IN 1,800 BRANCHES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, PUERTO RICO, THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AND GUAM; FRATERNALLY UNITED ALL MEMBERS FOR THEIR MUTUAL BENEFIT, TO OBTAIN AND SECURE THEIR RIGHTS AND BENEFITS, AND TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF EVERY MEMBER.
