PROVIDED JOB SKILLS, EDUCATION AND MENTORING TO APPROXIMATELY 76 WOMEN DURING 2021. EDUCATION TRACK - WOMEN RECEIVE GED PREPARATION. AFTER PASSING THE TEST, THEY PROCEED TO THE CAREER TRACK, CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION AT MCLENNAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE OR TEXAS STATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE, AND/OR ENTER THE WORKFORCE. EACH WOMAN ALSO HAS AN ENCOURAGER WHO COMMUNICATES WITH HER WEEKLY. BIBLE STUDY DAILY. CAREER TRACK - WOMEN RECEIVE TRAINING IN LIFE AND EMPLOYMENT SKILLS INCLUDING COMMUNICATION, BOUNDARIES, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, COMPUTER SKILLS, INTERVIEWING SKILLS, AND SUCCESS IN THE WORKPLACE. EACH WOMAN HAS A MENTOR WHO COMMUNICATES WITH HER WEEKLY FOR SIX MONTHS AND HAS BIBLE STUDY DAILY DURING CLASSES.
