STARS PROGRAM- PROVIDING OUR COMMUNITY'S YOUNGEST SCHOLARS WITH THE HEAD START THEY NEED TO SUCCEED BY ENSURING THEY HAVE THE BASIC SKILLS OF ALPHABET, COLORS AND NUMBERS FOR THEIR AGE CATEGORY.
