EDUCATION, OUTREACH & PROMOTIONS ARE CONDUCTED EACH YEAR AT SCHOOL, NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS, ETC. TO INFORM INDIVIDUALS ABOUT COMMUNITY CONFERENCING AS A METHOD OF HANDLING CONFLICTS. COMMUNITIES IS A PROGRAM THAT ENABLES BALTIMORE RESIDENTS TO REQUEST A COMMUNITY CONFERENCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HANDLING NEIGHBORHOOD CONFLICTS. THE JUVENILE JUSTICE PROGRAM PROVIDES CONFERENCING SERVICES AS A FORM OF MEDIATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR JUVENILE LEGAL CASES.
