THE ENTITY WAS FINANCED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD") UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT AND CONSISTS OF 9 UNITS. SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
