THE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION (CRR) PROGRAM IS A REHABILITATIVE GUIDANCE PROGRAM AND IS DESIGNED TO OFFER ASSISTANCE TO ADULTS WITH CHRONIC PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION VIA THIS CRR PROGRAM MAKE AVAILABLE A GATEWAY FOR ADULTS TO DEVELOP AND FOSTER THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO ALLOW THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED BEAVER COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (BCBH) FUNDING OF $1,025,790 FOR THE CURRENT YEAR ENDED. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION ALSO COLLECTS RENT FORM THE RESIDENTS BASED ON THEIR INCOME AND WHETHER THEY ARE IN THE PERMANENT SUPPORT HOUSING OR PARTIAL CARE. EACH IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES THREE PEOPLE CHOOSING TO LIVE TOGETHER, MAINTAIN THEIR OWN LEASES, AND WORK AS A UNIT, WITH SOME ASSISTANCE FROM THE ORGANIZATION'S PERSONNEL, TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THEIR HOME. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION UNDER THE PROGRAM INCLUDE 1) MAINTAIN HOUSING ELIGIBILITY 2) ACCESS COMMUNITY RESOURCES 3) TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION 4) BECOME AN ACTIVE, PARTICIPATING MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY 5) DEVELOP PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS 6) ACCESS AND UTILIZE APPROPRIATE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES. THE SH PROGRAM SERVICES OVER 60 CLIENTS IN BEAVER COUNTY.
THE STONE HARBOUR PROGRAM IS A PROGRAM THAT OFFERS APARTMENT-STYLE LIVING FOR CLIENTS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS THAT ARE ALSO EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, DRUG AND/OR ALCOHOL ADDITION, AND HAVE A HISTORY OF LEGAL TROUBLES. STONE HARBOUR PROVIDES A SAFE, THERAPEUTIC TRANSITIONAL ENVIRONNMENT THAT PROMOTES INDEPENDENCE AND RECOVERY. SUPPORT PERSONNEL OFFER CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AS WELL AS OUTREACH SUPPORTS. THE LENGTH OF STAY AND CLIENT PARTICIPATION IN THE STONE HARBOUR PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS.
