ETHEL ELAN SAFE HAVEN (EESH)THE EESH PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2003. THE PROGRAM IS A TWENTY (20) BED NON-TRADITIONAL SHELTER THAT PROVIDES A CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHRONICALLY HOMELESS ADULTS WITH A MENTAL DIAGNOSIS.THE EESH PROGRAM ENCOURAGES GROWTH AND EMPOWERMENT THROUGH RESIDENT INVOLVEMENT IN PLANNED ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATES RESIDENTS WITH THE LIFE AND SOCIAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING.
