COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHAB: PROVIDES INTENSE SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION TO PERSONS WITH CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS TO ASSIST THEM WITH COMMUNITY LIVING SKILL DEVELOPMENT. CONSUMERS LIVE IN A GROUP HOME AND ARE OFFERED TRAINING IN BASIC LIVING SKILLS SUCH AS COOKING, CLEANING, BUDGETING AND MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. STAFF ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH HOME 24/7. EFFORTS ARE AIMED AT HELPING CONSUMERS PROGRESS TO A MORE INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT.
SUPPORTIVE LIVING: THE ORGANIZATION GIVES GUIDANCE, AT THE CONSUMER'S HOME, IN COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL, HOME AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. BELOW MARKET RENT APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CONSUMERS.
