SPRINGBOARD OFFERS ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS FOR WOMEN-LED COMPANIES BUILDING EXCITING AND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN THE AREAS OF LIFE SCIENCES, DIGITAL HEALTH, WOMEN'S HEALTH, AND RETAIL TECHNOLOGY. A FORMAL APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS IS USED TO IDENTIFY A COHORT OF TOP WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS. OVER THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAMS, SPRINGBOARD PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS DESIGNED TO ACCELERATE A COMPANY'S NEXT STAGE OF GROWTH. ADDITIONALLY, OUR COHORT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS ARE MATCHED WITH AN EXPERT ADVISORY TEAM THAT PROVIDES INSIGHT, CONNECTIONS AND ADVICE IN SUPPORT OF THEIR COMPANY'S GROWTH OBJECTIVES.
