LEARNING CENTER OUR LEARNING CENTER PROVIDES QUALITY CHILD CARE TO CHILDREN AGED THREE MONTHS TO FIVE YEARS IN A SAFE, FUN, HEALTHY, AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT. IT IS REGULATED BY THE MARYLAND OFFICE OF CHILD CARE AND LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND. OUR CENTER IS SPECIALIZED IN SERVICING HEALTHCARE PERSONAL AND FIRST-LINE RESPONDERS.
PEDIATRIC THERAPY HERITAGE CARE WELLNESS CENTER PROVIDES SPECIALIZED HEALTHCARE SERVICES THROUGH SPECIALISTS IN PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY. OUR WELLNESS CENTER ALSO PROVIDES FURTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR NURSES AND THERAPISTS. OUR TEAM OF SKILLED THERAPISTS PROVIDE TREATMENT AT THE PEDIATRIC LEVEL TO A WIDE VARIETY OF CHILDREN WITH BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO ARE IN THE SPECTRUM OR DIAGNOSED WITH AUTISM.
ADULT EDUCATION NURSING EDUCATION PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR MISSION AND OUR VISION, HERITAGE CARE, INC. PROVIDES A VARIETY OF MARYLAND-CERTIFIED NURSE TRAINING PROGRAMS TO CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES IN HEALTHCARE FOR BOTH OUR EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THESE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO WISH TO GAIN A NEW CERTIFICATION OR TO FULFILL CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT HOURS TO IMPROVE THEIR CREDENTIALS. HERITAGE CARE ALSO OFFERS A FOUR-DAY PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PREPARE CURRENT CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS CNA FOR THE NATIONAL NURSE AID ASSESSMENT PROGRAM NNAAP. UPON PASSAGE OF THIS EXAM, THE CNA WILL BE RECOGNIZED AS A GERIATRIC NURSING ASSISTANT GNA IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND. ESL CLASSES OUR ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE ESL PROGRAM OFFERS ENGLISH CLASSES TO OUR STAFF AND TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AT LOW-COST WITH TUITION WAIVERS AVAILABLE.
