THE COMPANY PROVIDES LONG-TERM HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND CURRENTLY IS LICENSED AND EQUIPPED FOR 82 COMPREHENSIVE CARE BEDS AND 21 ASSISTED-LIVING BEDS. UNDER A STANDARD SERVICE AGREEMENT, THE COMPANY PROVIDES EACH RESIDENT WITH BOARD, LODGING, MAINTENANCE, AND CERTAIN NURSING AND MEDICAL CARE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HAS 54 APARTMENTS AND 32 COTTAGES AND OFFERS OLDER ADULTS AN AFFORDABLE AND FULFILLING RETIREMENT EXPERIENCE IN A SECURE AND CARING SETTING.
