1) SKILLED NURSING - PHOEBE BERKS PROVIDES QUALITY NURSING CARE IN A COMFORTABLE HEALTH CARE CENTER. THE PHOEBE BERKS SKILLED NURSING PROGRAM SERVED 304 INDIVIDUALS FOR THEIR YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022. THEY HAD 33,125 SKILLED NURSING CARE CENSUS DAYS DURING THAT TIME WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 88.73% OCCUPANCY. ADDITIONALLY, 93,449 NURSING CARE HOURS WERE DEVOTED TO ACCOMPLISHING THIS PROGRAM SERVICE.2) PERSONAL CARE - PHOEBE BERKS PROVIDES INTERMEDIATE LEVEL OF CARE WHEN INDIVIDUALS NEED HELP WITH SOME ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, BUT DO NOT REQUIRE 24 HOUR SKILLED NURSING CARE. THE PHOEBE BERKS PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM SERVED 181 INDIVIDUALS FOR THEIR YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022. THEY HAD 29,057 PERSONAL CARE CENSUS DAYS DURING THAT TIME WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 91.25% OCCUPANCY.
