CHARLESTOWN COMMUNITY, INC PROVIDES SERVICES NEEDED BY SENIOR RESIDENTS, WHO RESIDE IN 1,415 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS, 156 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 103 SKILLED NURSING BEDS AND 52 MEMORY CARE UNITS. THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO OUR RESIDENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HOUSING, FOOD, MEDICAL, SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, RECREATIONAL AND PASTORAL ACTIVITIES.
