1) SKILLED NURSING - PHOEBE RICHLAND PROVIDES QUALITY NURSING CARE IN A COMFORTABLE HEALTH CARE CENTER. THE PHOEBE RICHLAND SKILLED NURSING PROGRAM SERVED 474 INDIVIDUALS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021. THEY HAD 42,824 SKILLED NURSING CARE CENSUS DAYS DURING THAT TIME, WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 89.32% OCCUPANCY. ADDITIONALLY, 147,679 NURSING CARE HOURS WERE DEVOTED TO ACCOMPLISHING THIS PROGRAM SERVICE.2) PERSONAL CARE - PHOEBE RICHLAND PROVIDES INTERMEDIATE LEVELS OF CARE WHEN INDIVIDUALS NEED HELP WITH SOME ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING BUT DO NOT REQUIRE 24 HOUR SKILLED NURSING CARE. THE RICHLAND PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM SERVED 116 INDIVIDUALS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021. THEY HAD 26,881 PERSONAL CARE CENSUS DAYS DURING THAT TIME, WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 91.81% OCCUPANCY.
