MIGRATION AND REFUGEE ASSISTANCE (INTERNATIONAL):GRANTS TO HELP WITH THE RESETTLEMENT OF NEWLY ARRIVED REFUGEES IN EUROPE AS WELL AS VARIOUS ASSISTANCE TO THE MIGRANT WORKERS FROM CENTRAL ASIA IN RUSSIA. THE PROGRAM COVERS PARTS OF EUROPE AND RUSSIA.
