THE MISSION OF THE EDUCATIONAL TALENT SEARCH PROGRAM IS TO INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD THAT PARTICIPANTS, THAT IS, STUDENTS FROM DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS, BECOME HIGHLY COMPETITIVE GRADUATES, ENROLL AND GRADUATE FROM AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
THE NATIONAL DIVERSITY INCLUSION PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS TO EXPERIENCE THE DIVERSITY AND SCOPE OF CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND OTHER PARTICIPATING ENTITIES.
