THE ENTITY RECEIVES ASSISTANCE UNDER PROVISIONS OF SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT. SUCH ENTITIES ARE REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS TO RENT CHARGES AND METHODS.
